Overview

Make a fresh start, find power and balance on and off the mat, align body and mind with your true essence, reconnect to your breath to soften your mind, explore inner silence to find your true Self. Julien’s vinyasa yoga class, infused with Anusara, Ashtanga, Prana Yoga Flor (Shiva Rea Style), Yogic Arts (Duncan Wong synthesis) are based on power, balance and flexibility of both body and mind. The Retreat is open to all levels.

Daily Schedule

A 3-day transformative yoga retreat to renew body and mind. Healthy meals, nature walks and spa/therapeutic treatments (extra) will be part of transformative journey!

Day 1 (August 27)

4.00pm – 7.00pm Yoga

Day 2 (August 28)

7.00am – 10.00am Yoga

10.30am Free time

3 hours Dynamic Asana Workout , Pranayama and Meditation.

Free Time

Spa treatment (extra), one-on-one session (Shiatsu/Thai Therapeutic Treament/extra), Nature Walk , Waterfall experience.
